RONALD MICHELMAN, ESQ. (1946 - 2017)
Ronald Michelman commenced apprenticeship with the firm and his father Carlyle in 1967 acting at that time as an agent for Receivers and Trustees throughout the Southern California area, while attending law school. After admission to the bar, Ronald Michelman had acted as Arbitrator for the Superior Court of California, acted as Chair in and to various panels and committees relative to California Public Schools, served on the mediator panel for the United States Bankruptcy Courts, was appointed as a Panel Trustee for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Proceedings, negotiated international contracts in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Ronald Michelman brought considerable experience to the firm by assisting clients in merger and acquisitions, asset protection, Federal and State litigation, general business advisement to his clients, acting as attorney for Debtors, as attorney for Creditors, as attorney for a Chapter 7 Trustee, as attorney for a Chapter 11 Trustee and as a Chapter 11 and 7 Trustee. Mr. Michelman had been admitted to practice before all the Courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit and various United States District Courts.
